NEL - Not Everyone Lives it's a non-linear Visual Novel.
Set in the near future, the protagonist need to make his way to survive in a new country, at the same time of a zombie outbreak.
Half moon punch it's a long past dream that finally become true, the dream of making games. We are a duo that started learning game development early 2019 (please be considerable with early builds of the game).
The main idea is to create content with freedom of choice, to explore outcomes and experiences not limited by age censorship, that's why adult only.
The final goal is to deliver an alternative for the adult public, that are in search for something that has interesting characters, nice setting and believable story, all that with a pinch of mature content.

Just played the game to the point after saving Donna. The characters are cute, but I'm heartbroken to the fact that I couldn't save the other girl in the bus. *cry
Any updates? It's been i while now hope it's not abandoned like other good games

That was interesting. A shame that neither Alice nor Donna can go with us to the host house, they were the ones I liked the most.

And for the next update, will be grammar correction. A member from here did everything, now I'm applying the fix. Perhaps a week should be done.
We're also working on the sequel, but I can't narrow down a date yet, because we are trying out the unity engine and seeing if would be worth the transition.

Hello! In a future update we will introduce translations for NEL. At first using google translate and then later revising the language that we are used. But don't worry portuguese will have for sure (it's my first language).
The game is good but i have a few problems that I think it's only on the Android but i am not sure since I didn't try it on computer .
On the 3nd day if you enter the 2nd floor and go to attic at night (you should have the get the key of the attic ) it will be day instead of night .
I am saying this just in case if you don't know about it

Hey creator, I just wanted to say how the game looks like a pretty decent game but I'm having a slight problem. I run an android and when I download it, it says NEL.bin and it wont let me install it. I might be dumb but help

Sorry to hear that. We have some compatibility issues on the android version. We are trying to address this on our next update (To run on more devices).
But we reccomend you to delete the file and try to download again, perhaps it got corrupted when downloading. Hope you can install and enjoy the game.

I have to do this often with Android games on here. A lot of games from this site will download as .bin, but using a file explorer for android that lets you change extensions you can simply change .bin to .apk and it will usually work just fine. I personally use solid explorer, so I can for sure say you can change extensions with that one.

At the moment it has a flipnote style of animation (not great). I'm working on proper animation cycles for the next update.

Hey ! Me again, wooooow what an outcome from the last version to this new one I sure didnt expect that event with alice, was like w t f. Anyways amazing, I liked the new parts of the interface, the backpack and the ppl alive/dead I saw a couple more frames and dialogs. Keep the good work and stay safe !

How do I have sex with Hien?
Hi! At the moment to start the Hien route, you need to choose not saving any of the girls in the bus. The idea is that Hien wouldn't start anything with the protagonist if he has Nicole or Veronica around. From there you just need to talk with her, she will have more dialogue options.

Hello! Please let us know what phone model do you use and the android version. Some phones even if they say is a android version, they could be running a custom version based on the manufacturer. That way would be easier for us to find a solution.

Just made this acc to share the opinion of the game too, same that sayed playfulpetfox, a couple more frames maybe a little gif (I dont know if its a lot of work but it could be really simple like the guy vibrating a little or in the blowjobs her going a little bit more down at the end) so yeah, right now I saw a problem with SETH I managed to not give a fuck about him and not letting him get into the house how ever after that day, when the ppl hear the sounds in the morning and u talk to I dont remember if its Nicole (the girl u choose)or Hien u say that SETH was checking the doors but SETH wasnt there if u dont let him get into the house, btw Im playing with the spanish version so maybe the issue is just there. Sorry for the bad english but I really needed to give my support, ill keep looking for next updates!.

The sex scenes take some time to create (i'm not a good artist), but worry not, at the moment they're placeholders. We are finishing next update that will end the house story arch, from there we will only focus in polishing the game. So we will implement gallery and achivements, also redo several scenes and add more sound/music.
I'll double check that line from hien about seth and fix it for next update (Thanks for finding that :D).

This game seems to have potential, but...the sex "scenes" are 3 frames long, and then they're over. Even someone with the least stamina imaginable wouldn't be able to enjoy that. They seem like they were put in as an afterthought, not as an actual intended feature.
Hello! Further in the game, Alice's scene is slightly longer. But you are correct, they are super short. This is something that we intent to redo in future updates. Please give a try again later and thanks for playing. :)
Tried to install the android 8+ version...it failed to install. Im on a android 10 phone if your wondering.
Edit- Just tried again...still failed after deleting the original file and redownloading it

Tried the android 7 and lower ver...it actually installed. My phone is so stupid cause normally it has no issues when installing

It will not update automatically.
If you use the itch.io app, it'll show that has an update, by clicking on it it'll only replace the old files (for the PC version).
On the mobile version, need to download all again, but it'll not update, you would have the 2 versions on the device (For the moment we don't have a easier way to do it).

Hello, sorry to hear that. Can you tell me what model is your device?
I can imagine 2 situations for the error:
1- corrupted download, maybe deleting and downloading again will fix;
2- your phone need permission to install file from unkown sources, you can check on: Settings → Security → Unknown Sources. Then you can enable there.
If the problem persist, please let know.
